How does the delivery process work?
We deliver fresh, never-frozen meals directly to your doorstep. Depending on your location, we offer local delivery via our own fleet or shipping via major carriers. You will receive a tracking link once your order is en route.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
No, you do not need to be home. Our meals are packed in insulated bags with ice packs designed to keep your food at a safe temperature for several hours after delivery.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals are prepared fresh and are designed to be enjoyed within 5 to 7 days of delivery. Each meal is labeled with a specific 'Use By' date for your convenience.
Can I customize the ingredients in a specific meal?
To maintain our high standards of food safety and efficiency, we cannot customize individual ingredients within a dish. However, we offer a wide variety of meals to accommodate different dietary preferences and restrictions.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no long-term commitment or subscription required, but we do have a minimum order of 5 meals to ensure efficient delivery and packaging.
How do I reheat my meals?
Our containers are microwave-safe. Simply remove the lid and heat for 1.5 to 3 minutes, depending on the meal type and your microwave's power level.
